SPECIAL NOTICE: Spokane County Roads is closing Rutter Parkway to through traffic. They will be doing work on the bridge south of Indian Painted Rocks that crosses the Little Spokane River. The park areas at Indian Painted Rocks and St Georges put-in sites are open, but visitors will have to choose alternative routes to get there. The bridge will be closed from July 6-August.
