We have two campgrounds in the Bowl and Pitcher area.

Upper
campground
Sites # 15-16 & 18-33; Site # 29 is an ADA site
This area has 16 standard sites, one ADA site and 2 reservable, full hookup sites. These campsites are a hundred yards from the Spokane River, which flows quietly and quickly past this area. These sites can be reserved by calling 1-888-226-7688 or going online at www.parks.wa.gov.
Lower Campground
Sites # 1-6 & 8-14; Site # 8 is an ADA site
The lower campground has 13 reservable, water & electrical hookup sites and two large grassy group tent site areas. They are located next to the Spokane River. This area also features a reservable outdoor amphitheater. The amphitheater, grassy group tent site areas, and kitchen shelter in the day use area are only reservable by calling 1-888-226-7688.
A dump station is available near the entrance to the camping area and is free for registered campers. Non-campers pay a dump fee of $5.00.
Nearby activities include hiking and bicycling, kayaking, picnicking, horse-back riding, bird and wildlife watching.
Firewood and kindling is available for $4 at the park store. Ask the camphost or a park ranger for details. We ask that no firewood be cut in the park. Fires may be built in camp stove areas only.

There
is a 10 day limit for a continuous stay from April 1st -September
30th. It increases to 20 days from October 1
- March 31 .

To pay for your campsite,
stop at the self-registration station near the main campground restroom.
A campsite is not considered occupied unless it has been paid for and has
obvious signs of occupancy, such as a tent or other belongings in the site.

To be fair to all campers, holding campsites for friends
or relatives not yet at the parks is not allowed.
Discounts
Washington State Parks offers passes that discount camping
fees for limited income senior citizens, people with disabilities and
disabled veterans.
Foster Parents
Foster Parents and related caregivers are eligible to reserve a campsite or drop into a park to occupy a site without a charge for the site under the following conditions:
- Continue to be a Washington resident
- Continue to be a caregiver after one year.
- Pay any/all fees except the published price of a camp site, i.e. reservation fee, additional campsites, extra vehicle fees.
- Provide accurate and complete information when registering at the park or reserving a site through the call center.
- Carry and show both a state photo identification (drivers license) and DSHS ID.
- Follow the rules of the park a couple of rules: maximum of 8 people in the site, maximum of two vehicles within a site, only one of which is or equivalent to an RV (space permitting), keeping booked reservations or canceling 48 hours prior to arrival time (if possible).
Firewood
Firewood is available for $5 at the Park Store or from the camphosts.
